These results recover almost everything that’s known about the pituitary, and reveal a (final?) set of genes for functional analysis. We validated the spatial localisation of Rfx4 (variant in some hypopituitarism patients!), Runx1, and Six2 in stem cells, and Nhlh2 in gonadotrophs. 13/19
