We found that there are several cell-cell interaction genes within stem cell markers, and validate the spatial localisation of two interactions: SLIT2/ROBO1 and NRG1/ERBB4. ROBO1 mutations have been observed in hypopituitarism patients: we might have a small insight into the mechanism now. 11/19
