Just finished up edits on the sweetest book that I hope a smart publisher snatches up. Now, back to reading a powerful and very fun project. It's been a lovely (if too hot) day in editorial land.
I was recently thinking about the number of legendary storytellers who have contributed to kidlit. All amazing and unique in their own right. But the other day, while talking with family and sharing my experience getting to work on some of these authors' books, it occurred to me that,
