Pippin quickly takes another bite, this one more of a chomp as he shoves practically the whole apple in his mouth in response. He shrugs, blinking innocently.
“Jus’ ‘askin’ whov gonna be vere,” He says, not really audible around the apple in his mouth. Pippin slowly starts to reach for another.

A peeling knife is held up, almost in warning. Though with no real intentions... Only in his far off mind.
"What are you getting at, Took?"

“Rosie?” Pippin jerks his head around to look at the other, arching his brows. “Did you say Rosie, or roasting?”
His voice quickly takes on his characteristic mischievousness, biting into his apple again.
“Or will Frodo be coming after all?”

Sam mutters something about his simple lunch turning into a feast...
"...Fine, two apple pies and I'll put on some vegetables for mashing and roasting."

“Is all this going to be enough? I thought you’ve at least invited a few others.”

"Fine fine, an apple pie. Go on then, start peeling and I'll get to the dough."

“What else are you having today, eh? Ooh, you could bake these into a pie! I’ll help!”
