Texted an NBA ref to clarify this: Yes, this would have been included in a review if the Spurs had made a shot.
So essentially, the KAT tip ended the game.

A question for people who know the rules:
I Castle catches the tipped inbounds cleanly and gets off a shot that goes in, the refs go to review to see if it was released before the buzzer. As part of that review, can they say that KAT tipped it and the clock should have started and so "game over"?
