I don't have a lot of big secret keeping in most of my work, so I'll pull from the wip that does: Razvan Martinescu is a supervillain, and he's a stealth trans man. The audience knows, his partner and a few friends know, but the world he lives in does not.

This month is going to be extra difficult for necessities and food insecurity, so if you can, please help out a disabled queer by buying my books on Itch. Most feature trans or queer characters đ I've also got a few short stories, one even has an audiobook I made myself! #booksky đđ
Mostly that I need breaks and that speed writing is not my thing. Knowing my upper limit, and to quit when I'm not being productive, helps both my adhd and autistic portions of my brain.

I don't have too many. One was a fan comic I was working on that I just fell out of love with. I liked the comic making, but it was a TON of effort for fancy fanfiction. Technically Philly by Night also spawned from a failed comic project, but a fair chunk of it is getting recycled into a novel.
Gods above I've gone so long without writing a detailed sex scene that this feels like real work! What are they doing with thier hands? What positions are they in?? What kinds of activities are they gonna get up to???
I'm losing a vital skill by not writing smut cuz of these damn bans! đż
#SpoonieAuthChat I don't even know if there's advice for finding a critique group. I've tried IDK how many discords and writing servers and other writers just don't seem interested in my work. 'hearing, 'I get along OK w/o a lot of outside critique' would also be helpful if its true for some folks.
#QueerPrompts I'm going to use Daumantas for this prompt since he experiences the most shame of all my characters. He's unlearned some by embracing his talents and quirks and sexuality as strengths. Other things have been harder, but he's slowly learning to value himself which is helping.
As of Armor of the Saints:
Cyril: You are right where you're needed. You just need to believe that
Daumantas: These people love and cherish you. You are not a burden to them
Milena: You have to let your son find his own path
Symon: You're still young. Keep trying new things. You're doing good.
