A colleague at edge of Ebola breakout is trying to prevent spread and isolate victims. NGOs have pulled out of region. Immediate funds are needed (tents, ethanol, etc). What's the best mechanism or organization to direct $ immediately? No time for slow processes, but creditability important. Advice?
