- Spiralling youth unemployment
- A sense of politics not working
- Two far right parties getting unjustified levels of coverage
- El Ninõ potentially causing a long hot summer
- Cost of living about to explode (again)

The Far Right riot in Belfast last night was nothing less than “a race-based pogrom”, Belfast MP and leader of the SDLP Claire Hanna said.
The mob hunted down non-whites and set fire to their homes.
Carl Whyte, a local councillor, called it “a hard Far Right element”.
On one street, hundreds of masked men carrying bottles and bricks set bins on fire and shouted "foreigners out", our reporter says.
