“Love Has Fireworks” is an urban emotional drama directed by Shi Chengye ("Nirvana in Fire"), and starring Tan Jianci ("Under the Skin") and Wang Churan ("Fireworks of My Heart"). The drama is adapted from the Jinjiang Literature City novel "Investment Banking Men and Women (formerly known as We Live Together)", focusing on the work and life of urban young adults in the context of investment banking. The drama focuses on the romantic and joyful cohabitation life as the investment banking elite Li Yifei becomes a tenant in the house of Qian Fei, an investment banking practitioner and a "Shanghai drifter". It tells the story of investment banking elite Li Yifei (played by Tan Jianji) being reduced from a "rich kid" to sharing a house with others due to investment failure.
