As someone very remote from the situation (I don't read any current comics and it would be hard to convince me to) Cebulski's Marvel seems inordinately into huffing its own farts.

This? This was a bad comic book. There's no need to "celebrate" an anniversary for it. You would think Marvel would try as hard as possible to distance themselves from this and CB's Akira persona as much as humanly possible. And YET!
