Outrageous misconduct. As a scholar of the jury, it infuriates me that prosecutors would monkey around with our citizen grand jurors.

They dismissed jurors on the grand jury who disagreed with the government and then tried to hide that from the judge.

Again, the only female AUSA on the docket is Mecklenberg, who went to Dem SJC in February.
Only those who did redactions were required today. Mecklenberg was long gone by that time (April, I think).
