NEW: Trump said he would veto the reauthorization of a key U.S. surveillance authority if the SAVE America Act were not included in the legislation.
The threat comes after the president claimed last week that the Pentagon wanted to see the measure included in a military spending package.
"I’m against FISA if it doesn’t come with The Save America Act," Trump posted.
