EU ambassadors have approved the final compromise on the bloc's reform of air passenger rights negotiated by the Cyprus Council presidency with the European Parliament, four diplomats told POLITICO.
The compromise preserves several key elements of the current framework, including the three-hour delay threshold that grants the right to compensation.
