We hit 101 degrees here in Raleigh NC.
Blood pressure has been running a little low for the last couple of weeks. Today it hit its lowest at 83/69. Think I need to schedule an appointment with the doctor.
And a devil’s food cake for me
Stayed up way past my bedtime last night watching the Tony Awards.
We saw many of the shows over the last year on Broadway. Feel fortunate to have seen them.
It has to be tough picking “the best.”
Since I was sleepy today, I toned down my weightlifting. Lighter weights but still got a good pump.
