Pretty compelling investigative journalism which documents how Israeli settler products are routinely, falsely, and illegally labeled as "made in Israel" and imported into European markets to the worth of tens of millions of Euros.
The Dáil has voted 78 to 68 to defeat a bid from opposition parties to prevent the use of counselling notes in sexual assault prosecutions. Justice minister Jim O’Callaghan said his legal advice was that counsellors’ notes should be available, and that they can be of value in securing a prosecution.
If true, I have serious concerns about this being a war crime. Under the laws of armed conflict: Proportionality: the military advantage has to outweigh the anticipated civilian harm. Hard to see what military advantage would outweigh robbing 20k people of drinking water.
