sending love and solidarity to friends with family in Iran. how awful it's got to be to have your own government paying for the bombs falling on your homeland, claiming that endless war is progress toward peace.
heard someone refer to south Lebanon as a ghetto. this revealed so much in terms of how class, processes of racialization, their interaction w/ top-down sectarianism smooth skids for Israel's horrific ongoing ethnic cleansing, village destruction, murder of farmers, beekeepers & medics who resist
the face of society contorting so it can open its jaws wide enough to fit a whole three year old's head in there
119 bombings of Lebanon in 24 hours. Israel shoots another baby. This is the occupation. Resistance is both legal & moral & that people contest this after story after story like this signifies western moral collapse, clinging to racist settler-colonialism.
