These new Alaska Airlines seats I think are meant for people under 5'6" -- they do a perfect job of bending my neck over and bending my back in exactly the wrong locations. And they are soooo stiff and unpadded.
I'm not in a race car here, I'm arms-folded, hunched over with a numb ass.
