There's big sweeping YIMBY stuff:
-Aggressive TOD upzoning
-Major permitting reform
-Rescuing & transforming NYCHA
They're also looking at finer details, like fixing the FDNY inspections that so often delay CofO issuance (& invite petty corruption)
