Over 50 years, my neighbor has never missed trash/recycling night.
Several times wife has called: βEveryoneβs bins are out.β I ask, βIs the neighbor?β βNo.β
I put ours out anyway. Not emptied.
Next week, neighborβs bin appears; ours gets emptied.
Today, same call. Neighbor is still undefeated.
