I'm seeing a cluster of posts about how it's so weird that Billy Wilder was alive in relatively contemporary times, and I'm feeling odd and ancient, because Billy Wilder was a guest lecturer at one of my film classes, and I assure you, it didn't seem at all weird then. (Am I old? I'm old, right?)
