Got a cortisol injection in my left hip today. It’s a bit weird walking around without any pain, I didn’t even notice until that I walked with a slight hunch.
And I got diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis. Luckily for me the biggest way to manage it is exercise 😁
