3 of the 4 times my wife and I have bought a new car, the sales manager has found an error in our favour at the very last minute ranging from $100-$800. What's going on here? A tactic to give us the warm fuzzies so we'll recommend them to others? Dealers can't possibly make mistakes so often, right?
