He said, a smile on his face as he hummed in thought, his ears twitching ever so slightly.

Shadow's own smile only grew, a soft chuckle escaping his lips as he looked at her.
"I'll try to keep that in mind."
He said, eventually letting her go but sticking close to her, looking at the cookies and tilting his head.
"Are we expecting company, or did you make cookies just to make them?"

"A sweet tooth for a sweet woman, makes sense."
He said, a soft chuckle escaping his lips as he ate another cookie, a soft hum escaping his lips.
Over the two years they had been married, Shadow's more calm and relaxed side came out, he smiled more often and just seemed more. . .happy.
