There are more than 100 people waiting to speak on City Hall, and the Council came out of executive session (they've been there since shortly after 11) and went right back into one.
So many of these people think this is intentional.

I bring this up because I have been watching the list of registered speakers since Monday morning and at some point in the last 12-24 hours, that list got shuffled and a bunch of people moved to the head of the line.
