We were honored to join the Rochester Housing Authority's Senior Ball, celebrating the residents who have helped shape our community. From dinner and dancing to shared memories and new friendships, it was an evening filled with joy and appreciation for Rochester's seniors.
Today, we commemorated the 127th anniversary of the Frederick Douglass Monument — the first civic monument in the nation dedicated to an African American. As we honor Douglass' legacy, we celebrate Rochester's place in the ongoing pursuit of freedom, equality, and justice.
