The Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 has been @theverge.com's favorite gaming laptop for years. And the new model is brilliant, with a great Intel Panther Lake chip and excellent battery life. But thanks to RAMageddon it's gotten prohibitively expensive.

Yesterday's Googlebook announcement left me with more questions than answers. What problem in computing is Google solving with its entirely new operating system and hardware? The brief tease just looked like ChromeOS with a few new AI tricks.
