Spent the day with my parents today. It really upsets me seeing what TV and their phones show em. Im glad they're aware of just how much of advertising nowadays is gen AI garbage, but just by browsing his phone my dad was shown actual footage of a deadly accident and it really bothered him. Its sad.
Im younger, I've spent the better half of my life online. Im used to these sorta things and I know how the internet moves. They're not! Older people are being subjected to this kinda shit and most of the time they're NOT prepared for it. I fucking hate algorithms and I genuinely despise AI garbage.
