Ok, but we’re all Curaçao fans though, right?
Think of the little boys
It’s unsportsmanlike for Germany to run up the score like this on Curaçao.
The Christian biblical vision of heaven is urban. If you have a problem with this, don’t @ me, @ Jesus.
I just think it’s interesting how much ink is being spilled on the Scottish fans (who admittedly are here as visitors) versus say the Haitian fans who live here, and are the backbone of Boston’s health care system, who provided essential workers & drivers thru COVID.
I saw exactly one other white person in the Haitian bar last night (other than my wife & me) and he seemed to be a photographer for some social media site? C’mon white Boston, we can show up for our neighbors better than this. Or at least I hope so.

Last night, we of @bostonwomenssports.com went to watch the Haiti v Scotland men’s World Cup match at Little Haiti Intl. restaurant thanks to a VERY fun app “Our Cup” @ourcup.info by @rahulbot.bsky.social! It tells you who your neighbors cheer for! dataculture.northeastern.edu/ourcup/#inte...
Ok Germany, that’s enough. Stop being mean to Curaçao.
This was a phenomenal piece of writing. For those of us who weren't there, this is probably the closest we can get.
