I'm not tryna be a scold, I have been known to responsibly enjoy a legal jazz cigarette myself from time to time. But Vancouver People, it's legal to smoke everywhere outdoors, can we please just refrain from doing it in parks and next to schools? We shouldn't be giving kids a contact buzz...
