On the flip side, Trump has shown he doesn’t feel bound by any agreement he signed, so I guess it doesn’t really matter ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The thing that ultimately matters is not just the text, but also whether the parties understand the text and intend to be bound by its literal terms. And sort of surreal as this is to say, it's genuinely not clear that the US side has actually understood and accepted the text they purportedly agreed
