As per the tracking info, my FedEx driver “Jerry” is supposedly delivering a crucial parcel sometime in the next 46 minutes. As I have been waiting all morning, I have since constructed an elaborate backstory as to why my parcel is not here yet. None of this lore reflects well on Jerry.
