I don't think Wemby is "soft," cuz it ain't no backdown in him either. He hits back, sometimes foolishly lol.
But he's gotta learn to exert his will offensively in high leverage moments. Sometimes it's not about running a play.. it's about "you're not gonna stop me from getting to my spot."
