Ready to get in the #WinterOlympics state of mind? Our newest episode features a conversation with former competitive figure skating siblings Brad and @jocelynjanecox.bsky.social who tell Anita about their 11 years of competing and how their partnership continued into adulthood.

So I guess I'm "all my doctors I've had for a long time are retiring" years old.

It's weird: I listen to music all day but sometimes I forget to seek out new music. I forget how a new song or a new playlist can lift you up and completely change your mood or your day.
But I found a new song today and I remembered how that can pull you to into an entirely different headspace and can actually plug you into the world and yourself more.
AI reminds me of those cell phone towers attempting to look like trees. Like: we see you and it's not working.
My 13yo has been listening to a lot of music lately on his headphones, which has kind of been annoying/concerning me. (ie is he cutting himself off from us and the world?)
Thanks @juliegoldberg.bsky.social and Hi! 👋
