A new update for Draconic ID is out! Here is what's new:
- A collapsible "details" element is now available for profiles, ideal for longer pieces of text.
- Mastodon icons now show for nearly all public Mastodon instances.
- Several bug fixes.

The idea of a physical Draconic ID card has been living rent free in my head for a while now. I'm wondering what others think in regards to what technology it should have and what the price should be.

Some wacky things happen in multi-lingual countries like Belgium. Because you have no idea which language someone speaks, apps send out the same notification in multiple languages. Likewise, in Belgian cinemas, you will find that the subtitles consist of one line in French and another in Dutch.

I haven't posted to Bluesky in ages. Neither am I am artist. And yet, I spent way too much time on a meme that only French Wii-playing dragons will understand. And I'm not even French myself.

The most useful thing about the new Draconic ID API is linking to your avatar. Simply substitute the profile ID with your own (you can find it in the URL when you are on your profile's page): draconic.id/api/avatar?p...
