I also want to do an Anchorite Shrine, but the approach I took to start with didn't work. Gonna respray to get a zenithal and paint back over it when I get a chance.

I 100%'d Mina the Hollower, fantastic game in the end despite my complaints early on. Honestly just a great game, worth picking up if you haven't!
I'm gonna try a new approach for the next while - a small batch of up to 5 minis or so, punctuated by one bigger project. Lot of stuff needs doing but my Mantic stuff is all infantry right now and I need more Wood Elves done.
Mina the Hollower is great but every decision I've made in it has punished me in unforeseen ways. It got a lot easier, but those pain points in design made for a very rough start.
That said, every pixel of that game feels meaningful and intentional. No space wasted. Incredible stuff!
Finished up the basing on the Iron Sultanate I had left to do for Trench Crusade, the whole lot is finished!
2nd Ogroid finished up, I'll be honest they don't really spark joy to paint still, but better that they're finished, and they do look great together!
Chipping away at the next 2 Ogroids while waiting for the weather to let me do anything else. Damn that banner is huge!
The chariot as well is nearly finished assembly, I don't care to sub-assemble it, the ropes are too fiddly otherwise.

Got my first Ogroid finished, brings me up to 114 minis finished. Also finished the highlights across the 2nd half of my Iron Sultanate. Streaking grime should do the rest of the job, and I have red oil paint for scarring on the flesh.
It's my birthday! Decided to get all the Streaking grime and oil paints done on the Iron Sultanate bits so I can call the warband finished. I kept coming back to remove some extra grime to match what I'd already done on the previous batch. It'll really pop once the base is done!
