And the most important tree done, the “Helden” tree. Hoping we get a good harvest this year for our best perry.
Anu had the right idea this morning. On our return leg we stopped at the nursery and she made a beeline for the Kertel.
Wanted to mow under this row of trees for the old lady who gave us the rights to harvest from six pear trees here, but it’s 35C and I think that’s enough for today. Will come back some morning during the week.
Thinking ahead to the perry pear harvest. Fulfilling my part of various agreements to mow under certain trees in return for the harvest rights.
