Y’all should look at this Bill (now passed legislation) again. The costs for library compliance will be passed to municipalities. This is a way to defund another public service.

With a 280 character limit it's impossible to include all of the groups who are targets for the UCP. It would have been much quicker to list those groups who are not targets.
