I’m reading Karp and Zamiska. It’s far more sophisticated than what The Engineers of Chaos or The Hour of the Predators suggest. There’s an intellectual trajectory and a set of arguments that are worth paying attention to. (Let’s see if I can gather the energy to review it.)
