Re not an AI researcher - I am not invested in the project of "AI" and in fact reject it whole heartedly.

The metaphor of the stochastic parrot is still helpful for understanding LLMs and anything built with them (called "AI agents" or whatever you like), ofc.
But no, I didn't "describe AI agents are stochastic parrots."
1. I am not an AI researcher
2. "Doesn't just repeat back to you what you said" ... isn't what any chatbots do, nor what that metaphor was about.
3. For the millionth time, that paper was about LLMs, not "AI" and definitely not "AI agents"
