I honestly can't believe I am working on chapter 29.
For a year, I could not write more than noodles, a snippet here and there, some ideas, some notes. But ever since I started on Chapter 1...I've been in the zone.
If other aspiring authors ever have a reason to go through my old stuff, please know this 👇 post is absolute horse shit. I didn't get into a flow of earnestly writing, until I started at the beginning.
Better advice would be: don't be afraid to go with the flow, and change things you had planned.
I made an unfortunate typo earlier, I meant to write:
"She carefully zipped up her bag."
And instead I wrote:
"She carefully zipped up her vag."
AND NOW I CAN'T GET THE PICTURE OUT OF MY HEAD!

I just wrote a part in my story where an older woman is helping a younger woman push through the trauma of SA, and damn. I need alcohol and a box of tissues, that was rough to write.
Since it seems to be the day everyone is posting pictures of their environment. I felt left out.
