There were so many other options that did not require fancy equipment like a 3D printer. Didn't Atlanta put up (or are in the middle of putting up) a community of tiny-ish homes?
Even foundation-added trailer homes would have been better.
I get distracted, no matter how interested I am, and the captions make sure I don't miss anything.
My ADHD will have me focusing on one thing in the background that has nothing to do with the story, like "ooohhh shiny!"

Better options would have been:
1) a tiny home village
2) Prefab housing made from cast/poured concrete
3) mobile homes on foundations
4) container homes
3D printing is great, but not for housing. At least, not yet.
