Just caught a very jaunty commercial from some literally bloodsucking company encouraging people to donate plasma for money. We are in such a bleak timeline.

Yes, plasma donation saves lives and is very important. I’m not criticizing that part. It’s the deliberate “We will pay you $800 so you can afford to do things!” that’s incredibly disturbing.
