Jason is a 52-year-old Army veteran battling cancer.
Lilac is his senior rescue service dog. For 10 months they survived in a tent. For the last 18 days, because of your kindness, they have had something most of us take for granted—a door that locks, a bed, a shower, safety & a place to rest

Wife and I got a new dog today. A rescue who has spent 2 yrs of his 2.5 in the city animal shelter. He still acts out puppy stuff, and is scared all the time we're gonna take him back. You can see it in his eyes. I'll be busy for a while trying to put him back together. Beautiful Dalmatian x.
