Excited to finally share my recent preprint with @struangrant.bsky.social! www.biorxiv.org/content/10.6... We collected chromatin accessibility QTLs (caQTLs) from 10 different studies and observed that they are less depleted at selectively constrained genes compared to eQTLs. šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡
