seconding this!! kexp really one of the best to do it, and had the courage to invite this weirdo game composer to be live on air after celeste took off. after being an active listener for most of my youth it was such an incredibly validating experience & im glad they're still going strong!

my main takeaway from the mixtape discourse is that more people should actively involve music in their lives—listening to it without something else on, going to shows—and make an effort to seek out new music rather than letting nostalgia dominate their lives
