3) Delirium was associated w/ ⬆️ 🏥 stays (med 17 vs. 4 days; p < 0.001), ⬆️☠️ (7.5% vs. 1.1%; p = 0.01), and ⬇️ functional outcomes, including ⬆️ rates of new disability at discharge as assessed by PCPC (22.5% vs. 1.7%, p < 0.001) and FSS (22.7% vs. 2.1%, p = 0.001).
