You're not going to believe this but I think Anas Sarwar should resign. The best time for him to resign was immediately after losing a second Holyroor election after running a presidential campaigm. The second best time is now, after "legitimate concerns"ing race riots.
Very funny to discover that despite the Scholar weapon in FFXIV being a magical tome, the level 90 one I have is in fact... a makeup palette, which really ads to the 💅 vibe going on with my lilac shirt and teal neckerchief
Anas Sarwar has now in the chamber declared that Joanna Cherry was "intimidated and bullied out of her job" She lost an election to your party! Scott Arthur beat her and is a literal Labour MP! The electorate made their choice! Good GODS can he just quit politics forever, the damage he is doing!
The exhausting thing about this and also the Streeting resignation earlier is the knowledge that whichever useless bastard is dropped in to fill the gap will be gone in a few months anyway, the slow death of this government is so relentlessly dull for all its seriousness
Another great day for the Starmer Ministry, I see

*extremely on my brand posting* Always amused to see other UK political figures talking about the First Minister of Northern Ireland as if she is the same as the First Minister of Scotland or Wales, and not part of a diarchy with the legally co-equal Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland
Oh the chamber is not enjoying Ross Greer's speech on his amendment, very funny, it turns out if you title your motion "restoring trust in Scottish politics" people are going to point out all the ways in which parties have lost trust, is... is Anas Sarwar bad at politics? Who would have thought!
To say that Michelle O'Neill and Sinn Féin are perfectly happy with that misunderstanding of the situation would be an understatement, mind you
