there are 3 companies involved here (DHL, amazon and manufacturer) and none of them give a fuck about the fact that we paid hundreds of dollars for a service that was not rendered. I have Words that Cannot Be Said

We reached out to the manufacturer and AAAAAaaaAaaAAaAAAAAA IT WAS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WHAT DO YOU MEANNNNN
to be clear. In this situation I have paid hundreds of dollars for a shipment that was never delivered. None of the companies in this situation can guarantee me that I will receive the items I paid for. Because the package was not insured, kuien is refusing to reimburse me or replace the shipment.
The awesome part about wearing the au ra horns is that the only thing i can hear is the plastic rubbing against my hair at all times
to whom it may concern: I'm dealing with kuien order that was lost by DHL. It wasn't kuien's fault that the package was lost. But two things:
- they take your payment outside of alibaba so they are not penalized by the platform if your package is lost
- they do not insure their packages
I'm putting them on blast this is kuien lol
If your package is lost they can't do jack shit! Because they don't insure your shipment! Without telling you 💕 We just found out 💕
