On paper? No yet. Haven't even mastered that. And I don't want to be one of those writers who used butchered words to make look like it's an accent (like Rowling does with her poor/non-English characters, like the horrid classist that she is)

Do you use dialog differently for certain characters?
Do some speak in shorter, choppier sentences? Use different grammar? Communicate non-verbally? Use multiple languages?
