my last therapist before this i thought was highly qualified and could do emdr and such but we ended up just doing talk therapy too. this shit maddens me
really tired of what i get out of therapy just being one crumb of emotional validation that i should learn to get from my friends instead anyway
im about to have a therapy appointment i dont know how im paying for, plz share my pinned around it's so hard worrying about the financial side of this stufff when i'm already struggling with my mental health
